Charles W. Morgan 38th Voyage Program Coordinator:

Part-time (20 hrs/wk) grant-funded position. Duties include responsibility for diverse projects included in the 38th Voyage project such as coordinating three scholarly conferences (GREPMA, NEH, NOAA Whaling Heritage) working with internal scholar advisors, participating in fund-raising for education and history programs, assisting with development of curriculum related to the 38th Voyage. In addition, planning & attending regular project management meetings, preparing reports, presentations and being NEH planning grant manager.

Qualifications include B.A./B.S. in education, American History or a related field, excellent communication/organizational skills, proven success with project/event management , strong Internet and word processing ability with willingness to work some weekends, holidays and evenings.
