2) Executive Director, National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum, closes July 15.
The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum is a non-profit organization in Fort Pierce, FL, which honors and preserves the history of U.S. elite warriors. The museum is seeking a dynamic, experienced Executive Director, with demonstrated results, to provide strategic leadership, establish long-range goals, and spearhead fundraising activities. The Executive Director oversees daily operations, conservation and exhibition efforts, public outreach, financial management, board and staff development. An ability to leverage relationships, successful fundraising, and grant administration are required.

4) Intern/Jr. Survey Tech, TerraSond
TerraSond’s summer work load has necessitated the search for a seasonal Jr. Survey Technician. Under supervision of the Houston Office Manager, Project Managers and senior Survey Technicians, the Junior Survey Technician is responsible for assisting with conducting and processing surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and man-made structures on the Earth’s surface and underwater using electronic measuring equipment and other surveying instruments. Duties include assisting the Houston manager with survey related tasks, including data processing, reporting, data presentation, field survey, and daily administrative tasks. Will participate in the production of deliverables, proof reading reports, creation of data examples and tables, help keep the office in order, testing equipment, computers and software, and any other tasks designated by Houston Manager. This position is a temporary, hourly, summer position based in Houston, Texas and requires travel. Residency inside of the greater Houston metro area is mandatory.
